Shivank, a Fellow Member of the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of India (FCMA), holds a Masters in Commerce and is a Certified Valuation Professional and Startup Trainer. Pradeep, a distinguished member of both the Central and State Bar Councils, serves as our primary legal consultant for business laws. Vikas Singh Kaushik is a distinguished advocate and a respected member of the Bar Council of India as well as the Uttar Pradesh Bar Council. He is also an active member of the Oudh Bar Association. Academically, Vikas holds a Master’s in Commerce (M.Com), which gives him a strong foundation in accounts, finance, and taxation; a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.), which laid the groundwork for his legal practice; and a Master of Laws (LL.M.), with specialization in corporate and commercial law, equipping him with advanced expertise in business and taxation-related disputes.
